How do I know if I've hurt the joints of my big toes?
I've been playing soccer for many years, but the large joints in my big toes have been hurting when I walk. They don't hurt bad when I run too much, but when I walk, they hurt, kinda a sharp pain but then goes away..should I go see a Physical Therapist and/or a Orthopedic doc?
I'd start with your podiatrist/orthopedist...most family practicioners have received little to no training in musculoskeletal medicine. They are more likely to give you and anti-inflammatory and send you on your way. Although if you have direct access in your state, you can certainly go right to the PT.
