Is it possible to create water?

Why can't we harness a hydrogen atom and an oxygen atom and mesh them togerther to create a water molecule. Don't tell me that it's because it's hard. I'd like a valid answer.

It's not hard, pure hydrogen molecules are unstable.
When you burn hydrogen(green cars) loose molecules naturally bond with loose oxygen molecules and form pure water in the tail pipe.
Not all of the hydrogen molecules burn and come out from the tail pipe.
but we can't drink it, it s so pure it would leech minerals from our body if we tried.

Pores that are larger then 90 um are not indicated either in order to help the optimal laying down of collage and ingrowths of blood vessels and fibroblasts.
