as far as im aware of there isnt any such thing as a teacup chihuahua... since you want something small, easy to clean up after, try a chinchilla, theyre very clean animals, and you can leave them in pen similar to the one you linked to but they like lotsa room to play and stuff and also they can jump so make sure you get something with a lid.... or something that it cant jump out of... they cost about 100... wish you luck with ur pet search
