Is there a puppia dog harness recall?

I went into a pet store today and I was looking at some harnesses when the store owner came over and said there was a recall on puppia harnesses (one of which my dog was wearing). Is this true or is she just trying to get me to buy another harness?

Apparently it is true. Some of the soft harnesses have faulty buckles.
