Belly Band Diaper
Hmm.... this has never happened before idk what it is?
So my son is 1 year old. He used to have a big problem peeing threw his diaper at night but the past few months he has not done it so much. He just woke up a little bit ago and i discovered something really gross. When i got him out of his bed i noticed he was wet so i went to change him and he was covered in a gel type substance. I did not investigate it much but it was clear some looked yellow and i could not smell it. I first noticed it on his belly then around the band of the diaper there was a lot more of it.
So what in the world is this? Is it dried pee? or should i worry?

And i use pampers babydry.
Sounds like the gel in the diaper. What brand of diapers do you use? I know when I used Huggies there would be tiny gel beads all over her, even after 1 pee pee. Thats why I only use Pampers now, it was very gross.

How much would you pay for these?
I have made a pregnant belly cake... (my 1st attempt on this one, so be nice please) and I also tried my 1st diaper cake. which still needs some finishing touches.. But could you tell me how much you would be willing to pay for each? It would be a great help, and thanks in advance.

with the diaper cake you can still see the rubber bands and things, so of course it needs to be fixed before wrapping it in the tulle.

And just for anyone answering, I am still very new at this, and I know I have alot to learn.
It depends on how big the cakes are. but by the looks of it around 50 for the belly and maybe 60 for the diaper cake. I like your ideas but a little advice though.
1) Make the boobs of the belly cake a little smaller cause they look like thay are almost as big as the belly also add a little something to the side to completethe body.
2) As for the diaper cake maybe you could put some flat cardboard in between each layer to make it look less wonky.
But overall everything is looking pretty good. Im assuming your going to start selling?
Why do some babies have "innie" belly buttons and others have "outies"? Is it because the doctor pulled the cord in a certain way at delivery? Is it because that clamp they put on the umbilical cord was too tight? "Outie" belly buttons are not caused by pulling on the umbilical cord or from anything you do to it.
An "Outie" belly button is determined to be that way at approximately 6 weeks gestation when all of the abdominal contents are outside the body. While the fetus is forming, it performs some amazing and miraculous feats as it turns inside out and folds over on itself many many times. At approximately 6 weeks of pregnancy, your baby's abdominal contents pass through the hole in the stomach we call the belly button and then, when it is ready, migrates back into the abdomen completing that part of fetal development. When the abdominal contents move back into the body, sometimes a little tissue is left on the surface and it becomes and "outie."
Sometimes, a glitch occurs in the baby's development and the abdominal contents get stuck outside of the body until the baby is born. This is considered a medical emergency and the baby will require surgery soon after birth. So, if an "outie" belly button is all your baby has, it is a blessing!
There is nothing you can do to change or get rid of an "outie" and Grandma's recommended belly band & silver dollar does not work. An "outie" belly button is a unique part of your baby's physical makeup and will get smaller as your baby gets older.
