Carrier Crate Cage
would this be crule for my puppy?
me and my partner want to start to take her out to better places, other than just the moor everyday, gets a little boring for her i think, and for us of course.
so we were thinking the beach, and theres a nice forest a few miles away where lots of people walk their dogs, so what im asking is is it cruel to put her into once of these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/24-Pink-Puppy-Dog-Crate-Cage-Carrier-3-drs-only-19-99_W0QQitemZ310094509880QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Pet_Supplies_Dogs?hash=item310094509880&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1296%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1308 while shes travelling in the car?

When crate training my dog in the house should I use a plastic dog carrier or a wire cage?
I am trying to bring my 7 month old Australian Shepherd in to the house. I have heard that a good way to train dogs to the house is to crate train them. Well I'm worried that during the night she might poop in the cage and so I'm debating on whether I should use a plastic pet carrier so that if she poops it doesn't go everywhere. But when I've researched it I see pictures of dogs in wire cages. Please help me!
wire cage are best as they can see out and dont mind being in it ,
thet are inexpensive go to dr, jons on pc and you can order them
One of the biggest dilemmas people go through when looking for a dog crate for their new pet is, "what size should I get." This is an everyday occurrence in the dog world and can be a source of stress for a new dog owner. This article is designed to relieve some of that stress and allow one to enjoy the benefits and pleasures of welcoming a canine member to the family without the stress of deciding which size of cage to buy for their new pet.
Dogs are instinctual animals by nature and are already born with the instinct to keep their den clean. If properly trained, his, or her crate will be that dog's den in your home. Picking the right size will help your new puppy treat his crate like his or her den and use that natural instinct to keep it clean. Puppies and dogs do not naturally use their den as their toilet, but if you pick a crate that is too big, he or she will use one corner as the restroom and the other as the clean safe haven. One should be aware that accidents do happen and leaving a dog in its cage for an extended period of time will definitely result in an accident. Puppies especially need to relieve themselves frequently, and a responsible dog owner should make sure they are able to do so.
Many dog crates come with recommended breeds that fit them and are fairly accurate, but you should not completely rely on these recommendations, especially if you have a full grown dog. The best way to find the correct size is to measure your dog. Measure your pet from the nose to the base of his or her tail and from the ground to the top of his or her head when standing tall. Then pick a cage that allows three to four inches of room on any side. This will allow your dog to stand up, sit down, and lie down in his or her crate.
If you do have a puppy, it is best to pick a crate that will accommodate his or her full grown size and pick a crate that will accommodate his or her full grown size. That way you do not have to buy many different dog crates as your puppy grows up. Crate dividers come in handy in this situation. You can even build a simple crate divider out of a piece of wood or other material. They allow the crate to be adjusted to any size which will not allow your puppy to use one corner as the restroom and the other as his resting place.
The proper size dog crate is essential when crate training your dog. Make sure you understand the basics of crate training and pick the correct size when purchasing a crate for your dog. If done right, you and your pet will benefit from using this remarkable training tool.
